Christmas Floral Basket

I purchased a Christmas floral candle basket as a gift, and the product was incredibly disappointing. The candles arrived with no wicks or no burn time at all, making them completely unusable and not fit for purpose. This is unacceptable for an item sold as a candle arrangement.

I contacted the company twice by email requesting appropriate compensation, but I have been ignored both times. The lack of response shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.

Overall, I would not recommend this service to anyone. The product quality was poor, and the customer service was unprofessional and not trustworthy. Save your money and purchase elsewhere.
